Key Responsibilities: - Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization, including operational, financial, legal, and compliance risks. - Analyze risk trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for decision-making. - Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective risk mitigation strategies. - Collect, clean, and analyze risk-related data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Create detailed risk reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders. - Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner. - Collaborate closely with Manager/Sr Manager, operations, and other departments to understand risk-related challenges and provide tailored solutions. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies. - Support Manager/Sr Manager in embedding risk management into planning and decision-making processes. - Monitor the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and recommend improvements. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Enterprise Risk Management and applying risk frameworks within corporate organizations. - Strong background in finance with expertise in financial services and the insurance/investment banking sectors. - Excellent analytical skills to evaluate, identify, and mitigate business risks effectively. - Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and alignment with industry standards. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in a management or leadership role within risk management or financial operations. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.,
