Key Responsibilities: - Study and understand customer inquiries and check the technical feasibility of solutions - Prepare the complete scope for automation involving PLC & HMI systems, with knowledge of automation systems involving Drives and Plant Electricals as an added advantage - Support the proposal team in making the technical offer and participate in customer meetings for technical discussions - Estimate the manday requirement for engineering and commissioning activities depending on project complexity - Undergo technical trainings, learn new products/systems, and impart trainings to others - Maintain documentation as per ISO guidelines and Quality requirements - Prepare commissioning schedule and documentation for customers - Conduct commissioning of complete automation system involving PLC & HMI, with knowledge of Drives and Plant Electricals as an added advantage - Impart on-site training to customers Qualifications Required: - Hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering - Have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of work experience in engineering and commissioning of projects - Experience in handling complex projects involving multi-cultural, multi-national/regional, diverse groups - Experience in Paper & Pulp domain is a must - Strong technical know-how on Paper & Pulp process with a proven track record - Experience in Siemens PCS7 software development - Strong analytical/problem-solving technical skills - Good written and spoken communication skills for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders - Willingness to travel frequently for short to medium durations to sites for commissioning and services Company Details: As Siemens Energy, "We energize society" by supporting our customers to make the transition to a more sustainable world, based on innovative technologies and our ability to turn ideas into reality.
