Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities Ø Seamless Employee Onboarding and Assimilation Ø Creating and Nurturing Positive Work Environment and act as custodians of org. culture Ø Build and create the DC brand in the society and ensure Business Continuity at all times Ø Inculcate a high performance work environment and Promote Diversity and Inclusivity Ø Protect the interests of the org. and initiate disciplinary action where needed Ø Implement DC wide Rewards and Recognition programs and Recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience Ø Managing Employee Grievances – Anti – Sexual Harassment, workplace concerns Ø Managing the Health & Wellness program Ø Create robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between the management and employees Desirable Traits Ø Level headed HR professional with a positive attitude Ø Ability to lead and nurture a team of high performers Ø Exhibit highest standards of integrity and personal probity Ø Communicate with ease across different stakeholders and ability to act as an Influencer Ø Analytical Thinking and ability to prioritize and adapt to rapid change Ø Awareness about industry trends and how to stay ahead of the curve Key Requirements Ø MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW/equivalent will be preferred Ø Experience-11-14 years Ø Location- Pune and Hyderabad
