Presales Manager ELV with a minimum of 7 to 15+ Years’ experience in Commercial, Residence, and Hospitality Buildings.
Strong technical expertise in ELV/Security systems essential, covering BMS, GRMS, Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control, and more.
- Candidate should have min. 7 to 15+ Years’ experience as Projects & Pre-Sales Manager with good technical experience in Commercial, Residence and Hospitality Buildings with Role in the ELV / Security systems industry like BMS, GRMS, Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Wiring Accessories, Online / Offline Door Locks, Lighting Control etc.
- Advantage if he/she has good existing client database and contacts in the India market, preferably with Consultants and MEP Contractors, establishing relationships with Consultants and Contractors of ELV Systems & System Integration Projects.
- Product Knowledge of Major Vendors and dealers in the above-mentioned ELV systems.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Develop and propose custom solutions that meet client needs within the AV/ELV domain.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations.
- Stay abreast of market trends and technological advancements in the AV and ELV sectors
- For the above-mentioned ELV systems, should be able to Prepare necessary Design, BOQ, Budgetary proposal, projects Shop drawings, Schematics, Line Diagram, Cost estimates, Proposals complying to the Specifications & drawings and within time frame.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical pitches to clients and stakeholders.

- Good communication & Presentation skills with an ability to compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV and ELV systems and products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Undertake risk management responsibilities, proactively anticipate and prevent problems before they arise.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into client-friendly language.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Minimum of 7 to 15 years of experience in a pre-sales role within the AV/ELV industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Business) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Auto CAD.
