Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Manager (Electrical Production - Alternators, Motors, and Rotary Converters). The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient operation, and maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing of electrical rotating machinery. Day-to-day tasks include supervising production which includes a complex winding section, coordinating with the design team, ensuring timely delivery of products, and addressing any production-related issues. The role also involves continuous improvement of the production process and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Electrical Engineering
• Strong background in Electrical Manufacturing and Electrical Design
• Strong Knowledge in Winding, Assembly and Panel Manufacture
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is a must
• Experience in managing production teams
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
