Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Manager (Electrical Production - Alternators, Motors, and Rotary Converters). The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient operation, and maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing of electrical rotating machinery. Day-to-day tasks include supervising production which includes a complex winding section, coordinating with the design team, ensuring timely delivery of products, and addressing any production-related issues. The role also involves continuous improvement of the production process and maintaining safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in Electrical Engineering Strong background in Electrical Manufacturing and Electrical Design Strong Knowledge in Winding, Assembly and Panel Manufacture Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is a must Experience in managing production teams Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
