Manager EHS

We are looking for an experienced safety professional to manage and ensure compliance with safety standards across large-scale EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in safety regulations, risk management, and contractor safety processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all safety compliance requirements for large EPC projects.
  
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures effectively.
  
• Manage contractor safety, including regular training sessions and compliance checks.
  
• Collaborate with tendering and proposal teams to address safety requirements in bids and project proposals.
  
• Conduct safety audits and inspections at project sites and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  
• Prepare safety reports, documentation, and incident analyses.
  

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of safety compliance specific to EPC/industrial projects.
  
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  
• Proven experience in contractor safety management and training delivery.
  
• Familiarity with safety requirements in tendering and proposal processes.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
