Job Description

As a valued member of the eCommerce team in the UK, your role will involve supporting the eCommerce agenda by conducting complex analyses, managing numbers and documents, and leading channel development projects. Key Responsibilities: - Keep track of eComm business performance and contribution by utilizing internal and external eComm data. Collaborate with Business Units (BUs) and finance teams to consolidate performance insights and learnings. - Assist BU teams in creating high-quality materials, documents, and analyses to contribute to ongoing channel development projects. - Collaborate with BU teams to establish KPIs, data, and distribute ongoing scorecards to drive actionable insights and have a tangible impact on the business. - Develop customer-specific performance reviews and track scorecards (MBR and QBR). - Support BU teams with analysis and deep dives to facilitate customer conversations and Joint Business Planning (JBP) efforts. - Conduct ad hoc deep dives based on key business questions, opportunities, or challenges. - Perform strategic analysis by consolidating multiple data sources to provide valuable insights. - Collaborate with DX and broader insights teams to analyze shopper behavior and channel insights, integrating the right insights into strategic analysis. - Effective communication and soft skills are essential for working in the international matrix, adapting communication to recipients and different cultures. - Excel, Powerpoint, and other Microsoft Office apps proficiency is required, along with analytical skills to interpret numbers and formulate high-level conclusions and recommendations. - Utilize existing PepsiCo and eComm specific analytical tools to integrate data sets for analyzing performance and drivers. - Success in the role involves managing uncertainty, ambiguity, and fragmented data sets, and the ability to progress with limited inputs. - Drive the deployment of key Channel projects and collaborate with BU Teams to define KPIs, data, and tools for operational efficiency and value generation from available data at PepsiCo. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting or multinational organizations in sales, commercial, or transformation functions. - Proficiency in BI tools such as Internal (e.g., Cockpit, eComm IQ) and external (e.g., e.Fundamentals, Similar Web, eConsultancy, Kantar, Nielsen, etc.). - Essential proficiency in MS Office package, especially Excel & Powerpoint. - Strong analytical skills and a very good level of written and spoken English. - Experience with Tableau or other BI tools, data visualization, and working with virtual teams across multiple geographies and timezones. - Proactive approach to drive online sales and customer engagement, ability to strategically frame opportunities, codify and share learnings, and work with various stakeholders. - Previous eComm experience preferred, ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously, good collaborator, and influencer. - Well-organized, self-sufficient, proactive, and resilient with excellent time management skills. - Proficiency in PowerPoint for visually compelling presentations and utilizing Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.,
