Job Description

As a Sales Manager at the company, your role will involve developing and executing strategies to acquire, grow, and retain B2B customers in the non-liquor glass packaging space. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and managing large institutional clients in sectors such as premium water bottles, diffuser & aroma oils, luxury home fragrances, dry fruits, nuts, premium herbs, essential oils, aromatherapy brands, decorative storage jars, kitchenware, nutraceuticals, juices, honey, jams, spices, pickles, and candle manufacturing. - Maintaining a customer portfolio of INR1 crore+ per client annually. - Building and sustaining strong relationships with procurement, sourcing, and supply chain decision-makers. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through structured business development efforts. - Collaborating with product design and technical teams to deliver customized packaging solutions. - Preparing and presenting commercial proposals, quotations, and pricing analyses. - Using Excel and data tools for business tracking, forecasting, and margin management. - Managing a robust sales pipeline, with regular follow-ups and conversion planning. - Negotiating pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules per company policies. - Coordinating with internal teams (Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Representing AGI Glaspac at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking forums. - Providing monthly reports, MIS, and customer feedback summaries to management. - Demonstrating a go-getter attitude with a focus on ownership, accountability, and results. You should have: - Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B industrial or packaging sales, with proven large account handling. - Prior experience in selling glass bottles, jars, or similar packaging products is highly preferred. - Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools. - Strong understanding of pricing, costing, and supply chain management. - Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented professional. Your educational qualification should be a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,
