Key Deliverables: Oversee daily cargo operations, ballast activities, and marine procedures for Dry Cargo vessels Liaise with Owners, P&I Clubs, Charterers for operational and claim matters Support shipboard inspections and training related to hold cleaning, cargo safety, and ballast management Ensure compliance with IMO, Flag State, and QMS policies across assigned vessels Role Responsibilities: Investigate cargo, navigation, and mooring-related incidents and assist in claim resolution Collaborate with technical and quality teams to drive process and SOP improvements Deliver safety messaging and training onboard during site or vessel visits Guide offshore staff performance, mentoring, and development planning
