As a Manager/Senior Manager in the Institutional Advancement Team at Plaksha, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between donors and the organization. Here's what you can expect in this position: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for preparing, validating, and sharing utilization certificates and donor reports, ensuring compliance with accounting and audit requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the finance team for FY-end closing, impact audits, and statutory compliance. Your role will also involve engaging with donors, managing their expectations, and maintaining transparent communication to build lasting relationships. Stakeholder management and adherence to donor servicing SOPs will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will work with program teams to effectively communicate outcomes to donors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and share utilization certificates and donor reports as per accounting and audit standards. - Coordinate with the finance team for FY-end closing, impact audits, and statutory compliance. - Serve as the primary contact for donor servicing, ensuring timely updates and proactive donor engagement. - Build trust-based relationships with key donors, CSR teams, and partners through clear communication. - Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to donor servicing SOPs, and support audits. - Collaborate with program teams to capture and present outcomes effectively to donors. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 8-15 years of experience in donor servicing, CSR reporting, or client servicing (CSR/NGO sector preferred). - Strong understanding of accounting, audits, and compliance. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with empathy and professionalism. - Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting tools, and CRM systems preferred.
