Manager, Digital Products Software Engineer

As a Manager in the Digital & Innovation group at USP, you will lead and mentor teams of full stack engineers and managers to drive innovative projects and deliver digital solutions. Your role will involve leveraging your leadership skills and product development experience to make a significant impact within the organization. To excel in this position, you should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with 7-11 years of experience leading successful full-stack software development teams in an agile environment. Hands-on experience in building enterprise-level applications using cloud technologies is a must, along with proficiency in programming, UI/UX design, cloud platforms, data management, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, you should have demonstrated expertise in translating customer needs into design strategies, people management, and effective communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, product integration, and fostering innovation through cutting-edge technologies will be beneficial for this role. Desired preferences include advanced degrees in Computer Science or Engineering, certifications in specific technologies like AWS, experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries, and strong team leadership and influencing skills. The role includes supervisory responsibilities for 5-8 team members, including (Sr) Software Engineers and Quality Analysts.
