We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist (CRO & Demand Planning) to join our digital marketing team in Bangalore. This mid-level role will focus on improving conversion rates across digital channels, supporting demand planning, and ensuring performance targets are achieved. The candidate will collaborate closely with our Google and Meta performance teams, run experiments using CRO tools, and use Excel driven analysis to plan, track, and optimize campaigns.
o Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages using VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, or Google Optimize. o Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend improvements to maximize conversions. o Work with design, tech, and content teams to implement high-impact CRO initiatives.
