Job Description

As a Manager of Digital and Social Marketing at Mastercard, you will be a crucial part of the Global Digital Marketing team, focusing on Adobe Analytics implementation and management. Your role will involve interpreting data to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth by collaborating with various teams and ensuring data integrity. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of Adobe Analytics, managing Adobe Launch for tracking solutions, defining tracking specifications, and collaborating with IT and development teams for proper integration. You will analyze website, mobile app, and digital campaign performance, develop dashboards and reports, and conduct customer journey analysis to optimize user experiences. Stakeholder collaboration and communication will be essential as you work closely with marketing, product, UX, and BI teams to align analytics with business goals. You will translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations, educate team members on best practices, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Your expertise of at least 7 years in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and tag management systems will be crucial, along with knowledge of web building blocks like HTML, CSS, JS, and jQuery. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools, as well as experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, will be beneficial. Your strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication will be key in presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Moreover, you will have the responsibility to ensure compliance with Mastercard's security policies, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of information, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.
