As the Manager of Digital and Social Marketing at Mastercard, you will be an integral part of the Global Digital Marketing team, focusing on implementing and optimizing Adobe Analytics to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Your role will involve managing Adobe Analytics, interpreting data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Analytics and manage Adobe Launch (Tag Manager) for tracking solutions efficiently. - Analyze website, mobile app, and digital campaign performance using Adobe Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate Adobe Analytics across digital properties. - Work closely with marketing, product, UX, and BI teams to align analytics with business goals. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and implement data governance policies for high data quality. Your Expertise: - 7+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms. - Proficiency in Adobe Launch, HTML, JavaScript, and tag management systems. - Knowledge of web building blocks like HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, and experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products. - Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, and integrating Adobe Analytics with BI tools. - Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication to present insights to stakeholders.
