Manager, Digital Analytics

As a Manager, Digital Analytics at Synchrony, your role will involve: - Implementing analytical, marketing technologies, and media tags across Synchrony digital platforms using tag management systems - Independently delivering on providing requirements, testing, and validation while collaborating with agile teams and cross-functional platforms - Ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation in alignment with Audit Procedures - Mentoring and guiding team members on tools, processes, and participating in internally hosted activities Qualifications required for this role include: - BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on Analytics experience (Distance learning not considered), or in absence of a degree, 4+ years of experience - Hands-on experience (2+ years) in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or web design with the ability to independently deliver on Tagging & Implementation projects - Proficiency in Tag management tools like Ensighten, Tealium, Adobe Launch - Understanding key concepts and processes in Digital implementation, translating them into quantitative attributes/metrics - Capability to write and decode advanced JavaScript following evolving industry standards Desired skills and knowledge include: - 2+ years of analytics experience in the Financial Services Industry - Experience in both client-side and server-side tagging - Knowledge of personalization tools and techniques like dynamic yield or BlueConic - Understanding of native app implementations Please note that the work timings for this role are flexible between 06:00 AM Eastern Time and 11:30 AM Eastern Time, with the remaining hours at the employee's discretion.
