Manager, Digital Analytics

Role Overview: As a Manager, Digital Analytics at Synchrony, you will be a key member of the India Analytics Hub (IAH) team. Your primary responsibility will involve implementing analytical and marketing technologies, and media tags across Synchrony's digital platforms using tag management systems. You will play a crucial role in delivering requirements, testing, validation, and documentation in alignment with Audit Procedures. Additionally, you will mentor and guide team members on tools and processes while actively participating in internally hosted activities. Key Responsibilities: - Implement analytical, marketing technologies, and media tags across digital platforms using tag management systems - Independently deliver requirements, testing, and validation in collaboration with agile teams and cross-functional platforms - Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation as per Audit Procedures - Mentor and guide team members on tools, processes, and participate in internal activities Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or web design with the ability to independently deliver on Tagging & Implementation projects - Proficiency in tag management tools such as Ensighten, Tealium, Adobe Launch - Understanding of key concepts and processes in digital implementation and translating them into quantitative attributes/metrics - Capability to write and decode advanced JavaScript following evolving industry standards Additional Company Details: Synchrony is a premier consumer financial services company that offers a complete suite of digitally enabled products across various industries.
