Manager - Design

As a Design Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a young team working on various in-app creatives to enhance the user experience. You will play a crucial role in understanding key business drivers and metrics of Swiggy Business and your Business Unit (BU). Additionally, you will need to stay informed about key competitors, their offerings, and Unique Selling Proposition (USP) in comparison to Swiggy's. Your adaptability will be tested as you explore new products, services, policies, and more, stepping out of your comfort zone to contribute effectively. It will be essential for you to focus on deliverables, review progress consistently, and update your manager regularly. You should possess the ability to think conceptually to proactively solve design problems and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is crucial, as you prioritize and coordinate multiple projects effectively. As a Design Manager, you will be supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workload, and ensuring deadlines are met. Motivating and coaching your team towards operational success will be a key aspect of your role.
