Manager - Design Electrical

Position: Manager - Electrical Total Experience: 15-20 years of relevant experience Education: B.E. Electrical / Any masters in Electrical Location: Ahmedabad Your duties will involve studying and comprehending assigned work, including project PIDs, design plans, and customer specifications. You will collaborate with designers and drafters to facilitate the design of Electrical and control system drawings, ensuring accuracy and meeting project requirements. Responsibilities include: - Developing IO lists and control system architecture designs - Overseeing the design of instrument JBs, PLC control panels, and wiring diagrams - Creating Single Line diagrams, control schematics, and facilitating designs for various equipment - Conducting Power System studies, designing power systems, and collaborating with the Mechanical engineering department - Reviewing drawings and designs for accuracy, performing engineering release, and facilitating material procurement - Undertaking vendor quote reviews, drawing revisions, and maintaining records per ISO-9000 - Leading performance reviews of designers/drafters and handling a team Skill Requirements: - Proficiency in Electrical & Control systems design - Knowledge of international standards like ISA, NEC, NEMA, UL, NFPA, IEC, CE, API - Proficiency in AutoCad Electrical, MS Word & Excel - Experience in process instrumentation, PLC/HMI, DCS, and control systems design - Effective communication skills, positive attitude, and organizational capabilities - Ability to work across locations, manage multiple projects, and apply common sense understanding - Participation in interdepartmental meetings, technical support during fabrication, and adherence to ISO requirements - Willingness to work extra hours as needed and undertake specialized assignments If you possess the required skills and experience and are looking for a challenging opportunity in the electrical field, we encourage you to apply for the Manager - Electrical position based in Ahmedabad.,
