Manager / Deputy Manager Proposals

As a Manager / Deputy Manager Proposals at WABAG, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions for wastewater treatment, wastewater recycle, and water treatment projects in the Global Oil & Gas and Industrial sector water market. Your key responsibilities will include: - Evaluating technologies and processes to create technical solutions for various projects - Preparing competitive technical proposals with detailed process design, equipment sizing, BOQ, process flow diagram, and costing - Developing budgetary proposals based on conceptual process design and technical specifications - Liaising with contractors, consultants, and vendors for quotations, rate analysis, and negotiation to ensure competitive costing - Reviewing costs in line with tender specifications and identifying key cost drivers for estimation and costing - Ensuring the achievement of target order bookings with desired Contribution Margin - Providing value-added support to Detail Engineering and Procurement for design and cost control - Motivating, developing, and retaining the proposal team to uphold WABAG standards and build a performance culture - Implementing and monitoring systems and processes to standardize and improve productivity Qualifications required for this role include: - BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - 8-16 years of experience in EPC companies, preferably in the Water sector This role is based in Pune, India.,
