You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.ResponsibilitiesDesign Data Model: Develop and maintain comprehensive data models that support AI applications. Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.Data Warehouse Design: Architect and implement robust data warehouses to store and manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Optimize for performance and scalability.Data Flows: Design and manage efficient data flows across systems to ensure seamless integration and accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes.Security: Implement stringent security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Leadership and Strategic Thinking:Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data architects and engineers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for data architecture aligned with Agentic AI%27s goals.
