Role Overview

The Manager – Cyber Security Business Development will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new cybersecurity business opportunities. The role requires a mix of technical understanding of cybersecurity services and business acumen to position Matrix SEC Cyber Solution LLP as a trusted partner for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for cybersecurity services.

Identify and pursue new client opportunities across SMBs, enterprises, and government sectors.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution pitches.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Generate leads, deliver presentations, and handle negotiations to close deals.

Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences.

Maintain sales pipeline and prepare accurate business forecasts.

Support partnerships with cybersecurity vendors and technology providers.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Cybersecurity background preferred).

Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT or Cybersecurity.

Good knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as SOC, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, Cloud Security, and Compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with a growth-oriented mindset.
