  • The candidate should have minimum

    10-15 years

    experience. The position is in

    Bangalore.

  • The position will be at Senior level with reporting directly to GM, So, leadership skills along with senior stakeholder management is a must.
  • The role will have reportees directly reporting to the member. So people management capability and experience is required.
  • The candidate should knowledge of working with multiple stakeholders like production team, sales team, customer, logistics, etc.
  • Good in end-to-end planning and execution, ownership of achieving targets.
  • It is an amalgamation of both

    Customer Service and Channel Management.

  • Preferable having experience and working knowledge of lubrication industry.
  • Diversity candidate is preferred
