Job Description

The candidate should have minimum
10-15 years
experience. The position is in
Bangalore.
The position will be at Senior level with reporting directly to GM, So, leadership skills along with senior stakeholder management is a must.
The role will have reportees directly reporting to the member. So people management capability and experience is required.
The candidate should knowledge of working with multiple stakeholders like production team, sales team, customer, logistics, etc.
Good in end-to-end planning and execution, ownership of achieving targets.
It is an amalgamation of both
Customer Service and Channel Management.
Preferable having experience and working knowledge of lubrication industry.
Diversity candidate is preferred
. The role requires to travel
20%
in a month across India.
