Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations and manage staff effectively - Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained - Provide professional makeup services to clients - Assist with client consultations and maintain inventory - Train and develop staff in makeup techniques and customer care Qualifications: - Experience in Makeup Artistry, including client consultations and makeup application - Management skills, including team leadership, staff training, and operational oversight - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Organizational and inventory management skills - Ability to work on-site in New Delhi - Previous experience in the health care or wellness industry is a plus - Certification or formal training in makeup artistry is preferred,
