Job Description

Role Overview: As a Corporate Sales Manager in the Travel Industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute complex sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will be expected to engage with CXOs and senior leadership to drive solution deployment, identify potential clients, and generate new business opportunities. Your role will also involve converting leads into clients, maintaining healthy margins, and attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and customer service teams will be essential to ensure exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute complex sales strategies, including forecasting and achieving revenue targets - Own and deliver predictable, healthy Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) - Engage with CXOs and senior leadership to drive solution deployment and account expansion - Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities - Effectively convert leads into clients and grow existing customer accounts - Drive revenue growth and maintain healthy margins within your assigned geography - Attract, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional client experience - Mentor and support your team, identifying training needs and performance improvement opportunities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry - Proven ability to build client relationships and close high-value deals - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Customer-first mindset with a focus on long-term value and service excellence - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a dynamic team Note: This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule and performance bonus structure based on achievements.
