Manager Corporate Sales- Travel Industry

You are urgently hiring for a Corporate Sales Manager in the Travel Industry based in Mumbai. As a Corporate Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing complex sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will be tasked with owning and delivering predictable, healthy Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) while engaging with CXOs and senior leadership to facilitate solution deployment and account expansion. Your role will also involve identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and nurturing existing customer accounts. It will be your responsibility to drive revenue growth and maintain healthy margins within your assigned geography. Additionally, you will be expected to attract, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent within the team. To excel in this role, you must collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. Mentoring and supporting your team, identifying training needs, and performance improvement opportunities are essential aspects of the position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. You should possess a proven ability to build client relationships and close high-value deals.
