Manager-Corporate Relationships

As a Sales Executive, your role will involve tapping all SME firms which recruit from campuses in your respective regions by meeting with the VP/Head-HR/Campus Recruitment Head. You will be responsible for engaging with clients for all campus related activities, developing high-quality client relationships, and strategizing to build effective plans for each client. Additionally, you will be tasked with new account acquisition as per the sales strategy and plans, supporting the Corporate Account Management team in nurturing mid to senior-level relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Tap all SME firms recruiting from campuses by meeting with the VP/Head-HR/Campus Recruitment Head - Engage with clients for all campus related activities and develop high-quality client relationships - Strategize and build effective plans for each client - Acquire new accounts as per sales strategy and plans - Support Corporate Account Management team in nurturing mid to senior-level relationships Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of technology product sales (B2B) experience, preferably with experience in HR professional recruitment - Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets - Solid planning and methodical thinking accounting for various external and internal factors - Good business acumen and analytical abilities with an eye for detail - Ability to understand the clients problems and connect the dots of how our solution can help - Strong written and oral communication skills, along with high listening skills - Ability to build relationships and connect with people, valuing relationships - Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements - Self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, quick thinker, and goal-driven with a willingness to travel significantly,
