Job Description

Manager - Corporate Lease

Experience:

INXT City Centre, Sector 83, Gurgaon


Responsibilities

  • Meeting leasing targets 
  • Relationship management with clients and brokers
  • Closure of all client’s issues with the various departments
  • Training new team members
  • Handling client fit-out issues 
  • Take client's feedback and ensure 100% client satisfaction
  • Broker engagement by concluding the transactions 
  • Renewals done on time
  • Networking with brokers and adding new brokers to the database
  • Ensure marketing collaterals of all commercial projects 
  • Planning and executing promotional activities for commercial projects
  • Be a multitasker who can handle pressure


Qualifications

  • MBA with relevant 8-12 years’ experience
  • Technical knowledge of buildings
  • Good communication/presentation skills
  • Negotiation & analytical skills
  • Good communication and networking skills
