Manager – Corporate Fundraising

The Manager – Corporate Fundraising will lead corporate and CSR-driven fundraising initiatives, focusing on building and deepening partnerships with corporates, foundations, and multilaterals. This role works closely with internal program, finance, and impact teams to drive sustainable funding and high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage corporate & CSR fundraising pipelines, including renewals and long-term partnerships
• Own end-to-end CSR engagement: identification, proposal, compliance, execution, and reporting
• Lead fundraising campaigns and partner-led initiatives, including events and cause-based drives
• Ensure due diligence, MoUs, and regulatory compliance for all partners and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to scale fundraising outcomes
• Ensure timely, high-quality donor and CSR impact reporting

Mandatory Requirements (Deal Breakers)

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in an NGO (non-negotiable)
• Complete, practical understanding of CSR funding — how CSR budgets work, corporate decision cycles, approvals, compliance, and reporting
• Proven experience working directly with corporates on CSR partnerships and fundraising
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or impact-driven programs
• Strong project management and data-driven decision-making
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, unstructured environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
