Manager Corporate Communication & PR

As the Corporate Communications and Public Relations Manager at Crimson Interactive, you will play a crucial role in providing communications leadership to support the global expansion and growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating a long-term communications strategy aligned with overall business priorities, reputation, and brand positioning - Collaborating with internal business leaders to advise on communications internally and externally - Managing external relationships with media and key influencers - Serving as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and providing content for media and external events - Offering comprehensive advice on issues/crisis communications and setting strategic direction - Developing local communication strategies based on business requirements and global communication strategy - Translating corporate business topics into relevant messages for target audiences - Monitoring and evaluating the impact of PR initiatives - Providing insights to management for process improvement and expanding customer base in new geographies - Reviewing and writing press releases Qualifications and critical characteristics required for this role include: - Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience in major corporations - Graduation/Post Graduation in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders - Expertise in translating business goals into impactful strategies - Comprehensive understanding of traditional/digital media and experience in determining appropriate media mix The selection process for this role will involve an HR interview, manager's interview, assignment/test, and final interview.
