Internal Communication Manager

Responsibilities

1. Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to design and deliver effective communication initiatives.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive internal and executive communication strategy aligned with the organizations vision, mission, and culture.
3. Manage and optimize internal communication channels, including the editorial calendar, intranet, and internal platforms.
4. Create high-quality communication materials such as leadership presentations, announcements, newsletters, blogs, and multimedia content.
5. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, company-wide meetings, workshops, and surveys.
6. Lead crisis and emergency communication planning, ensuring timely and clear messaging during critical situations.
7. Stay updated on emerging communication tools and digital platforms, adopting innovative solutions where relevant.
8. Define KPIs and benchmarks, measure communication effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. 13+ years of experience in Corporate / Internal Communications, preferably within hybrid work environments.
2. Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proven experience managing internal communication platforms such as intranets and internal social channels.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling mindset.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with multimedia content creation.
