As the Manager, Corporate Business Solutions at the World Bank Group (WBG), you will play a crucial role in leading the portfolio of core corporate business systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient operations while driving process efficiency, systems integration, and innovation. You will work closely with the Director and other Managers in the WBG Corporate Solutions department to align business transformation priorities, product development, and technology capabilities for maximum impact and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive and deliver the strategic direction for the units" product and technology investments, creating well-defined product roadmaps and solution architectures aligned with WBG's business goals. - Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to generate thought leadership, strengthen engagement, and co-create investment priorities consistent with leading technology governance frameworks. - Accountable for delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of mission-critical systems such as human resources, budget and planning, and corporate procurement. - Build a culture of product quality and technical excellence by implementing modern software delivery practices and updating technology solutions. - Oversee solution architecture, system design, and integration to ensure seamless interoperability across corporate platforms. - Achieve delivery excellence, manage risks, and ensure compliance with audit requirements across availability, security, business continuity, and data integrity. - Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team, emphasizing innovation, transparency, and accountability. - Foster a psychologically safe, trust-based environment where feedback and diverse perspectives are encouraged and valued. - Contribute to strategic planning and cross-organizational transformation initiatives as a core member of the ITS management team. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in computer science, business, or related disciplines with post-graduate coursework or certification in ERP product management and solution architecture. - Minimum ten years of experience in global IT organizations, specifically in ERP management, solution architecture, and application delivery. - Proven ability to define and execute roadmaps aligned with business priorities, leveraging agile delivery and modern development practices. - Deep expertise in ERP system design, integration, and lifecycle management, including automation and data governance. - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision makers and build strong partnerships. - Certifications in Leading SAFe (SA/SAFe Agilist) and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) are required.
