Job Description

K Raheja corp is hiring in contracts department

Job Purpose:

Contract Works

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts Management:

Handle end-to-end contract management for civil projects
Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, BOQs, tenders, and work orders
Manage billing, variations, claims, and change orders
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and budgets

COE (Center of Excellence) Responsibilities:

Develop and standardize processes, SOPs, and best practices
Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects
Analyze project data to drive efficiency and cost optimization
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with project teams, procurement, finance, and legal
Support audits, reporting, and management reviews

Desired Profile:

Civil Engineer from a reputed institute with
PG from NICMAR
Strong experience in
contracts, billing, and cost management
Exposure to COE/process excellence will be an added advantage
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
