Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for CXO and senior leadership speakers
Co-ordinate with speaker for availability, session details, and confirmations
Prepare, manage, and finalize conference agendas and speaker schedules
Ensure collection of speaker bios, photos, presentations, and session details on time
Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with speakers
Track all speaker-related action items to ensure zero misses
Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally
Provide hands-on support to Speakers before and during the conference
Manage post-conference thank-you communication and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

2 - 5 years of experience in coordination or support roles such as:
BPO / Customer Support / Client Servicing
Travel & Hospitality
Events & Conferences
Corporate or Executive Support
Experience handling senior stakeholders or clients is preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
Smart, diligent, soft-spoken, and professional
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple timelines
