Manager - Communications Division

As a Strategy Manager at Yokogawa, you will play a crucial role in shaping the corporate and functional strategies to drive the organization towards its mission of "co-innovating tomorrow". Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in the development of corporate strategy, applying your functional expertise to test the viability of strategies and contributing creative ideas and insights. - Leading the development and implementation of strategy for a business area or significant function, anticipating mega-trends and complex challenges, and ensuring integration with wider corporate strategy. - Developing and ensuring successful implementation of the strategy for a business area or significant function, meeting long-term business needs. - Leading the development of annual and longer-term business plans, ensuring alignment with strategy, quantifying business outcomes and resource budgets, and integrating key activities across the organization. - Holding overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the organization's sales strategy. - Developing and improving relationships with Board members, identifying priorities, issues, and strategic challenges, and preparing them for discussion. You should hold a Master's Degree or Equivalent Level education with more than 15 years of experience, including over 10 years to 15 years of managerial experience.
