ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsures that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operationalPerforms necessary checks apply monitoring tools and respond to alertsIdentifies problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detailAssists in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support callsInvestigates third line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problemsReports and escalates issues to 3rd party vendors if necessaryInstallation Troubleshooting and configuration of Windows or Linux based operating systems & Patch management.Managing data backup and recoveryConfigure and Troubleshooting of TCP-IP settings and connectivity problems for client computers and add them to domain.
