Manager Client Servicing - BTL Experiential Marketing/Activation

As a Manager Client Servicing in BTL Experiential Marketing/Activations at VMS Events, your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction, maintain client relationships, and manage the client services team. You will work on understanding client needs, offering solutions and support, coordinating with internal and external teams for project execution, and delivering high-quality services to clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve: - Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support - Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively - Answering client inquiries and providing appropriate solutions or responses - Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport - Tracking and maintaining records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong background in Client Services and Client relations - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Good understanding of customer service practices and principles - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field - Experience in managing teams, preferably in the event management industry with Liquor industry experience - At least 3 years of Experience in BTL Activation is Mandatory - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite VMS Events is a leading marketing solutions provider in India, specializing in BTL, Tech, and Retail services.
