Job Description

Sr. Manager – Channel Partners

Role:
Build and execute marketing strategies to attract, engage, and motivate channel partners to maximize their sales contribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute CP engagement events, contests, loyalty programs.
  • Design and distribute CP marketing toolkits.
  • Ensure regular communication and updates.
  • Monitor CP performance and derive insights.

KRAs:

  • CP engagement initiatives.
  • Communication frequency and quality.
  • Contribution of CPs to overall sales.

KPIs:

  • % of sales from CPs.
  • Attendance at CP events.
  • Number of active CPs month-over-month.
  • CP satisfaction score.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
