Job Description

As a Change Manager for AMEA at Mondelz International, you will play a crucial role in leading business units through the implementation of O9 planning and SAP S4HANA systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a change partner to drive change management across business units in AMEA, ensuring successful adoption and sustainability of changes. - Working with leaders and users to emphasize the case for change and create localized change strategies. - Identifying and assessing change impacts, defining and executing tactical change management interventions. - Supporting the building of change management capability, coaching project stakeholders, and implementation leads. - Measuring, monitoring, and reporting the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies. - Driving stakeholder engagement and managing communications to ensure visibility. - Coordinating training efforts across the business units. To excel in this role, you should bring: - 10+ years of experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment. - Experience in handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders. - System implementation exposure is highly preferred. - Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders & mid-management. - Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management. - Creativity and experience using the latest communication and learning tools. - A passion for change and a willingness to be hands-on. - Experience in S4 Hana or O9 implementations is highly preferred, with functional knowledge of commercial and planning processes advantageous. - Demonstrating creativity and flexibility. We are looking for someone who is: - Able to collaborate, communicate, and influence effectively to drive results. - Resilient and capable of dealing with ambiguity and continuous challenges. Education / Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience. - Change management certification is preferred.
