Job Description

Position: Federation Manager Qualification: Minimum Graduation –BSW, MSW Work Experience- Two (2) years, in SHGs Roles and Responsibility: 1. To plan, monitor and implement day to day functions of cluster supervisors and accountants – all federation staff to enhance their personal performance and as of federation whole 2. Execute decisions taken by the board members of the federation 3. Organize meetings of federation office bearers and loan sanction committee on regular basis and facilitate proceedings 4. Prepare annual plans and execute according to set timeline 5. Monitor operations and take appropriate decisions for effective functioning of federation 6. Conduct field visits at cluster and group level to assess adherence to systems and take feedback from members on federation services 7. Maintain internal control system promptly and take appropriate measures to improve the systems 8. Ensure internal and external audit of federation is done as per set schedule 9. Represent federation at various forums at the block and district level and stakeholders – internally within Chaitanya and outside 10.
