Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  2. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the capital markets and investment sales sectors.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and other key stakeholders.
  4. Advise clients on investment opportunities and assist in structuring investment deals.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to develop tailored investment strategies and solutions for clients.
  6. Market Research and Analysis:
  7. Monitor and analyze capital markets, trends, and investment opportunities.
  8. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential deals, acquisitions, and sales opportunities.
  9. Transaction Support:
  10. Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and investment reports.
  11. Coordinate due diligence, financial modelling, and documentation required for investment transactions.
  12. Work closely with legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  13. Client Relationship Management:
  14. Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering tailored advice and maintaining long-term relationships.
  15. Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the firm and expand business opportunities.
  16. Property Sales & Execution:
  17. Work with realtors and investors to sell properties and achieve investment goals.
  18. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and investment proposals.
  19. Track the progress of sales and investment deals, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  20. Collaboration & Reporting:
  21. Collaborate with the internal team to align on company goals and market strategy.
  22. Provide regular reports on market trends, investor feedback, and sales progress to senior management.
  23. Support the team in achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth execution of transactions.
  24. Market Outreach & Relationship Building:
  25. Act as the main point of contact for realtors, providing them with detailed information about available investment opportunities.
  26. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with realtors and investors in the market.
  27. Identify and reach out to potential investors to promote available real estate investments.
  28. Work closely with realtors to understand market trends and develop strategies for property sales.
  29. Investor Engagement & Meeting Coordination:
  30. Reach out to investors, provide them with information about investment opportunities, and schedule meetings.
  31. Participate in investor meetings, presenting details about investment options, company strengths, and market dynamics.
  32. Address investor queries, providing them with the necessary market insights and updates on available properties.
  33. Negotiate terms and close deals in collaboration with the senior management team.
