As the Assistant Manager - Civil in the Engineering & Design department for Solar Projects at Pune, India, reporting to the Head of Civil Engineering, your role involves overseeing ENGIE's activities in India and internationally. You will be based in Viman Nagar, Pune, with potential business trips within India and overseas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct site visits in India and abroad throughout project phases (pre-bid, construction, operation) - Prepare comprehensive reports and assess site feasibility for Solar PV plants - Review investigation reports, geotechnical studies, and topography reports to propose optimal solutions - Design structural and infrastructural elements for Solar PV projects - Coordinate with contractors and vendors, provide technical support for operations and maintenance - Ensure compliance with engineering standards and manage queries during construction **Qualifications Required:** - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - 8-10 years of relevant experience in power generation sector, particularly in solar PV projects - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil-3D, and other relevant software - Fluency in English, strong people management skills, proactive and results-focused approach In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the ideal candidate for this role should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
