Manager Business Research - Full Design Agency

You will be responsible for leading and project managing primary research commissions. Your role will involve planning and executing sales/business development activities to achieve targets. You will also be required to respond to enquiries and requests for proposals. Additionally, you will design research products that can be marketed to target clients and build relationships with the new and existing client base to encourage repeat purchases. As part of your responsibilities, you will coach and develop junior staff to acquire/improve their primary skills and mentor other team members. You will also contribute to the management of company-wide initiatives and participate in thought leadership by speaking at conferences and seminars.
