Manager-Business Operations

As the Manager of Business Operations at Exotel, your role will be crucial in driving the company's growth by overseeing key operational functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing procurement, and fostering strategic partnerships. Your expertise in contract management, telecom relations, and data center networking will be instrumental in achieving these objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the negotiation, creation, and maintenance of contracts with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to align with business objectives and comply with legal and regulatory standards across multiple regions. - Develop risk mitigation strategies and effectively manage contract disputes. - Ensure business operations comply with local laws, industry regulations, and telecommunication standards in all operating regions. - Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and enterprise clients to enhance business opportunities. - Manage relationships with telecom network operators, SMS providers, and OEMs to secure favorable terms and ensure uninterrupted operations. - Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of networking infrastructure within data centers to support business growth. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in business operations, contract management, procurement, or related fields, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector. - Graduation degree. - Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, project management, regulatory compliance in the telecom industry, strategic partnerships and alliance management, telecom carrier and OEM relations, and data center networking and infrastructure oversight. - Strong problem-solving abilities, data-driven decision-making, deep business acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of delivery management, project/program management, and stakeholder management. - Knowledge of CCaaS, CPaaS, contact center operations, SIP, SMS technical know-how is preferred.,
