Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions, including dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all business units. Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Drive the adoption of BI tools and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Monitor and optimize BI performance and scalability.
