Job Description

Manager BIS

efficient and data-driven business operations aligned with organizational goals.

Role & responsibilities:

Oversee administration, maintenance, and enhancement of CRM, ERP, and real estate tech platforms, ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless integration including APIs for lead and partner portals.
Analyze business and user requirements to customize or upgrade systems improving cross-departmental workflows and user adoption.
Generate comprehensive reports on marketing spends, including digital advertising costs, cost per lead (CPL), and cost per mile (CPM).
Track and analyze digital lead generation metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI.
Design and implement MIS frameworks for sales, pricing, lead tracking, and operational metrics reporting.
Maintain oversight of leads from multiple channels, including Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate data capture.
Develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Conduct market and internal analyses to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines.
710 years of experience in business systems management, MIS, or digital marketing reporting, preferably in real estate.
Proven skills in CRM/ERP administration, marketing metrics analysis, and strategic business planning.
Expertise in CRM (Salesforce preferred), ERP systems, digital marketing analytics, and MIS reporting.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
Effective communication and collaborative skills to engage cross-functional teams and external partners.
