As we expand our footprint, we are looking to build strong collaborations with premium hotels across Kolkata. We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B growth through strategic partnerships.

Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager – Spa Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building collaborative partnerships with 4-star and 5-star hotels in and around Kolkata. The primary goal is to establish spa and wellness tie-ups within these hospitality venues, enhancing their guest experiences while expanding our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and shortlist top-tier hotels in Kolkata (4-star, 5-star, and boutique luxury properties) for potential spa collaborations.
  • Visit and engage with hotel General Managers, Spa Directors, and Operations Heads to pitch partnership models.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Present company proposals clearly and persuasively, customized to each property's unique needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership terms aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and design teams for spa setup, planning, and execution post-partnership.
  • Monitor ongoing collaborations and ensure partner satisfaction through regular feedback and review meetings.
  • Track business development metrics, pipeline reports, and revenue growth from partner properties.
  • Attend hospitality networking events and represent the brand with professionalism and confidence.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or wellness sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Self-driven, dedicated, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in dealing with high-level professionals.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent field visits within Kolkata.
