Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and sales growth for our PhD assistance services. The role focuses on generating leads, converting prospects into clients, maintaining strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through multiple channels, including online platforms, referrals, and partnerships
  • Clearly explain company services such as PhD guidance, thesis writing, and data analysis to potential clients
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare and present customized service proposals to clients
  • Coordinate with technical and research teams for smooth project execution
  • Maintain records of sales activities and prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Participate in academic fairs, webinars, and other educational events as required
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve services and client engagement
