Key Responsibilities: - Promote the company's brand and product solutions to the targeted audience. - Implement a product sales strategy and drive sales within the region. - Conduct sales promotional activities for brand building and market development. - Conduct a detailed market study to analyze market trends and provide valuable insights for sales and marketing strategies. - Identify and develop new markets, improve sales, and arrange meetings with potential clients. - Develop new business opportunities with potential clients and stakeholders. - Understand customers" needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Conduct meetings and group presentations with commercial Architects, PMCs, Developers, Consultants, and Builders. - Cold call potential and existing customers, maintain contact with clients, and expand the customer base. - Specify the company's product with Architects, Consultants, and PMCs to meet technical specifications. - Prepare offers, provide techno-commercial clarification to clients, follow up on offers, and convert leads into business. - Handle post-order confirmation responsibilities and necessary documentation for project commencement. Qualification Required: Skills: - Market Feasibility - Robust negotiation skills - Strong communication and people skills - Presentation and Independent Mindset - Ability to work under tight deadline pressure - Clear communication skills - Strong time management skills Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering. - Additional Post Graduation/MBA degree in Marketing & Sales/Business Management/Business Administration preferred. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Preference for candidates with experience in handling key accounts, builders, architects, and PMC consultants.
