Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions and proposals that address client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
